Retail Sale and Purchase

We will sell and you will purchase products. In respect of the products supplied by us to you comes into existence when your order has been accepted by us. For the avoidance of doubt, receipt of an order via our website does not constitute acceptance of an order.

We may restrict the maximum quantity of an item that can be ordered per customer. Any attempt to breach these restrictions may result in the suspension of your account.

We are under no obligation to sell incorrectly priced goods to you at the incorrect price if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as an error.

Price

All prices on this website are quoted in pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified.

All item prices are exclusive of delivery unless otherwise stated.

Prices are correct at the time of order only and relate to internet purchases only. All orders for products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse to supply any particular person.

Payment

You may pay by VISA, Master Card, Switch, Maestro, or Electron. Please ensure you provide the cardholder's name as it is shown on the card, and the billing address corresponds as it appears on the card statement. Payment will be taken in pounds Stirling (£).

We use PayPal for the secure use of your credit/debit card information. Customer credit card information is not stored by us on our servers.

To help us prevent fraud, orders of £200 GB pounds or more may require a landline telephone number. Card fraud is illegal and perpetrators will be prosecuted.

We are unable to accept cheques, cash, or postal orders via the website.

Property & Risk

We will retain the property in the products until full payment has been made by you and has been received by us.

The risk in the products will pass to you on delivery, please read below.

Delivery

Any date or period for delivery will be considered as indicative only, although it is our policy to try to fulfil standard delivery orders within 4 working days and named day deliveries on the specified day. Standard delivery orders containing items weighing more than 20 kilograms or to remote or rural addresses might take longer to deliver and will occur an extra cost. We cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by our couriers, or any other third party.

Couriers will require a signature to ensure safe receipt of your goods. If you are not available to collect and sign on the courier's first visit, a calling card will be left with the courier's contact number to arrange re-delivery.

The couriers will attempt re-delivery up to a maximum of three (3) times and if delivery is not successful after the third attempt they will return the goods to us and we will issue a refund. We reserve the right to re-charge the delivery cost for re-delivery

All products are sent via a courier or Royal Mail.

You bear the risk once the products have been signed for/delivered.

Please note: We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Acceptance

You will inspect products within a reasonable time after their receipt. You will be deemed to have accepted the products unless you notify us in accordance with the paragraph below that you want to cancel your order or you notify us in accordance that the products are faulty. If no such action is taken, we will consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purpose, and may not accept any rejection or cancellation at a later date. Your statutory customer rights are not affected.

Returns

You may cancel your order any time within seven (7) working days, beginning on the day after you received the goods. We will refund the price of the goods in full and will reimburse you for the delivery costs you paid. However you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. If a refund is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as possible, and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day you give written notice of cancellation.

To cancel an order, you must inform us in writing. On written confirmation we will provide you with a returns number. You must also return the goods to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost.

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund/replacement via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund/replacement due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund/replacement for defective goods.

If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
